Litter Robot
The Litter Robot is an automatic, self-cleaning litter box designed to eliminate the need for daily scooping. Using a rotating globe mechanism and smart sensors, it automatically sifts waste into a hidden drawer after each use, leaving clean litter behind for the next visit.
The Litter-Robot 4 isn’t just a gadget. It’s a lifestyle upgrade for you and your feline friends. By taking the hassle out of litter box chores, reducing odor, and providing app-connected convenience, it represents the future of pet care.
Because waste is promptly removed and contained in the base, typical litter box odors will be significantly reduced with Litter-Robot. Their features an optional OdorTrap® System designed to neutralize litter box odors. This system uses the combination of a sealed waste drawer and carbon filter to reduce odors. You can opt to replace the carbon filter with OdorTrap® Packs to eliminate litter box odors through natural chemistry.
For Litter-Robot 3, a large carbon filter located in the front of the waste drawer absorbs odors and moisture to discourage mold growth (a major culprit of that telltale litter box smell). The amount of odor control Litter-Robot will provide depends on the amount of odor created by how many cats use it, what type of litter you use, and your cats’ diets, among other things. Of course, the more often you empty the waste drawer, the less opportunity there is for odor to escape.

Place it in the same spot as the previous litter box, and consider keeping the old one nearby for a short transition period. Adding a scoop of used litter from the old box into the new one can help, as the familiar scent may encourage your cat to investigate.
