I bought my 1st Litter Robot III 8 years ago (I have one in my main residence and one in my secondary residence) and it’s been a tremendous product, literally flawless up till now.
I started having a problem with a blue flashing light which I could not resolve, despite cleaning everything, so I called support, and they walked me through it and sent me the parts immediately… no questions asked. Support was amazing, and to be able to experience that kind of support 8 years out after the warranty has already expired is beyond anything I could have expected.
More companies should take a look at how these people run their business and learn by example. The support agent was incredible, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient.
I would not even consider buying another product anywhere ever, especially after the service I got from them 8 years after buying this product.
I’ve had between five and seven cats for the past 25 years and this thing has probably seen a million cycles in its life and it continues to cycle and present the cats with clean litter!

First time owning an automatic litter box. Works great. So far very happy with my purchase. Took my cats a few days but they are using it. So easy to empty. No more scooping.

I am absolutely amazed by the Litter Robot 3….. I have MULTIPLE cats and only had to empty this after 4 1/2 days! I bought two but haven’t set the other one up yet until I know they are all using it. I have the regular litter boxes in the basement and the litter robot upstairs. Did I mention that it’s AMAZING? Seriously… LOVE IT.
